The year will kick off with the Americas Lodging Investment Summit in Los Angeles, where some of the industry’s top CEOs are scheduled to speak, including those from Marriott International and Hilton.
As the year goes on, conferences will take place in Atlanta, New York City, Orlando and other top meetings destinations, highlighting emerging trends in hotel technology, operations, investment, development and more.

Americas Lodging Investment Summit
Jan. 25-27

Roughly 3,000 hotel industry professionals, including investors, lenders, developers and owners, attend this event for its high-level networking, dealmaking and market-shaping conversations. For its 26th year, ALIS has a speaker lineup of some of the top leaders in the hospitality industry, including CEOs from Marriott International, Hilton, Choice Hotels International, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, IHG Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt.
The Hunter Conference

This annual event provides hotel owners, developers and investors with learning and networking opportunities. Each year, it brings together more than 2,000 hospitality professionals to learn, connect and build their businesses. The 2027 conference will include executive keynotes, market outlooks, owner and developer roundtable discussions, sessions focused on capital markets and financing as well as insights from hospitality students and new talent.
AAHOA Convention and Trade Show
May 4-6
Anaheim, California
Hosted by the Asian American Hotel Owners Association, this event is a gathering place for hotel owners, industry leaders and top brands to network, learn and conduct business. In 2027, AAHOACON is slated to see more than 6,000 attendees and feature more than 500 exhibitors. The event is touted as having the largest trade show floor in hospitality.

Forward launched in 2018 as an annual conference to recognize the women of the hospitality industry and champion the next generation of leaders. Hosted by AHLA Foundation, the annual event provides attendees opportunities to hear and learn from hospitality industry leaders, as well as network with peers.
Boutique Hotel Investment Conference

The Boutique Lifestyle Leaders Association will host this event for the 15th year, attracting boutique hospitality professionals from every corner of the sector, including legal, finance, real estate, design, food and beverage and technology. NYU International Hospitality Investment Forum

NYU IHIF joins together institutional investors, owners, developers and operators shaping the future of hospitality capital markets. The annual event spotlights the top investment trends impacting the hotel industry. This year, more than 2,500 delegates attended the conference, which featured sessions led by top C-suite executives, economists and other hospitality leaders. The 2027 event is slated to offer similar insights.

Each year, the Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference gives attendees access to the latest hospitality technology, industry experts, essential education and resources they need to improve their bottom lines.
