Dive Insight:
In response to heightened demand for spa and wellness offerings, several Hilton properties have expanded their day-use wellness and experiential programming, per the release.
“The success of our ResortPass partnership has encouraged us to expand our offerings and accelerate how we approach wellness across our portfolio,” Jessica Shea, vice president of wellness, retail and leisure operations for the Americas at Hilton, said in a statement. “We can now better connect our properties more meaningfully to the communities around them, offering flexible access to world-class wellness experiences.”
Current participating properties include the Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead, Hilton Orlando and the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort. In an emailed statement shared with Hotel Dive, Shea said Hilton plans to add more participating properties to the program over time.
Additionally, the new “Off Hours” series, set to debut at select Florida properties, will feature curated social experiences with DJs, elevated dining and local vendors, per the release.
“ResortPass and Hilton are setting a new standard for how hospitality innovates on well-being beyond the traditional stay,” Michael Wolf, ResortPass CEO, said in a statement. “The expansion of this partnership reflects a shared commitment to redefining how people rest and recharge.”
Hilton first launched its partnership with ResortPass in May 2024. New York City-based ResortPass counts more than 2,000 luxury hotel partners.
The expanded tie-up comes as U.S. consumers increasingly seek unique experiences, especially this summer. Guests are also placing a greater value on health and wellness, identifying fitness centers as a “need to have” amenity, according to a 2026 study from JD Power.
