- Naples Grande Beach Resort is set to join Hilton’s Signia portfolio in January, marking the brand’s first property on Florida’s Gulf Coast, according to a news release.
- The 474-room Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort, featuring 50 villas, is undergoing "the most significant transformation in its nearly four-decade history” ahead of its January 2027 debut, per the release. It will introduce redesigned guest rooms and suites, upgraded wellness amenities, enhanced dining venues and “destination-inspired experiences.” The resort will include a luxury spa, multiple pools, tennis facilities and indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
- The signing reflects Signia Hilton’s “strong growth trajectory” and marks a step toward the brand’s “evolution into luxury destinations for travelers pursuing their ambitions, passions and celebrations,” per the release. It will be the third Signia Hilton in Florida, joining Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort.

Set along 3 miles of Gulf Coast beach, the property will bring Signia Hilton’s “distinctive luxury experience” to the Florida resort destination. The property also strengthens Hilton’s presence in Florida, counting more than 540 hotels in the state.

Guests have chosen Naples Grande for generations "for its extraordinary setting, expansive amenities and genuine sense of hospitality,” Gary Sims, managing director of the property, said in a statement. “As we join Signia Hilton, we’re building on that legacy with a thoughtfully reimagined resort that offers even more opportunities to relax, celebrate and connect.”
Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort comes after Hilton reported one of its “best quarters in our history for signings,” CEO Chris Nassetta said during a Q2 2026 earnings call.
Last fall, Signia Hilton made its debut in Texas with the opening of the 496-room Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa.
Signia first launched in 2019 as a meetings-and-events-focused brand catering to business and leisure travelers.
The Signia Hilton brand is also furthering its wellness strategy through the launch of Signia Restore, an immersive wellness concept set to debut at the Signia Hilton Indianapolis in January.
