The Americas Lodging Investment Summit will kick off the year in Los Angeles, and dynamic hospitality events will follow throughout the year in New York City, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Miami and more.
The top hotel conferences of 2026 will focus on franchising, investment, development, technology, sustainability and travel trends, as well as other hospitality-related topics, with some of the industry’s biggest names speaking and presenting.

Americas Lodging Investment Summit
Jan. 26-28
JW Marriott/Ritz-Carlton Los Angeles L.A. Live, Los Angeles
Roughly 3,000 hotel industry leaders, including investors, lenders, developers and owners, attend ALIS each year to partake in networking, deal-making and market-shaping conversations. The 2025 program included more than 40 sessions and panels led by 190 industry leaders across all sectors of the hotel investment and tourism industries. 2026 marks the 25th anniversary of ALIS.
Hunter Hotel Investment Conference
March 16-18
Signia by Hilton Atlanta, Atlanta
The 37th annual Hunter Hotel Investment Conference, hosted by Hunter Hotel Advisors, will bring together more than 2,300 hospitality professionals to network and learn. Attendees — 40% of whom are hotel owners — can hear market outlooks and capital insights from top hospitality leaders. The 2026 event will include more than 45 sessions.
AAHOA Convention and Trade Show

Philadelphia Convention Center, Philadelphia
The Asian American Hotel Owners Association is calling its 2026 conference a “tribute to generations of hoteliers and a call to the next to carry the torch forward.” The annual event will unite more than 6,000 hospitality professionals for educational sessions, networking opportunities and a trade show featuring some 500 exhibitors.
NYU International Hospitality Investment Forum

This annual conference from the NYU School of Professional Studies Jonathan M. Tisch Center of Hospitality brings together global investors and other hotel industry players for networking and investment opportunities. Top hospitality CEOs talked economics, brands, development and more at the 2025 event.
Boutique Hotel Investment Conference

The day after NYU’s conference wraps, hotel players can consider sticking around the city for an annual event hosted by the Boutique Lifestyle Leaders Association. The conference is focused on independent, boutique hotel investment, with owners, C-suite executives, marketing directors and revenue managers in the boutique hotel space among those set to attend.

The Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference is self-proclaimed as the world's largest, longest-running hospitality technology event. Speakers will focus on the latest technology trends, best practices and market solutions in the hospitality industry.

The 57th annual GBTA Convention, hosted by the Global Business Travel Association, will bring together global leaders in the business travel industry to connect with peers, suppliers and partners. Hosted by CoStar Group and presented by IDeaS, this annual conference covers the latest hospitality industry statistics, hotel performance data, industry forecasts and economist perspectives. The 2025 event featured speakers from Tourism Economics, STR as well as hotel management companies and consultancies.

The Hospitality Show

After kicking off in Las Vegas in 2023, The Hospitality Show will head to Miami in 2026 for its fourth event. The conference, hosted by the American Hotel & Lodging Association and Hotel Management, offers more than 16 hours of networking, 100-plus industry speakers and some 400 hospitality vendors on its show floor. The 2025 lineup had panels focused on travel trends, hotel technology and sustainability.
