STAY announced the launch of Corporate App, a mobile solution designed to help hotel groups deploy a single, chain-wide app that centralizes the guest journey across their portfolios.
The Corporate App is being rolled out by early adopters including Barceló Hotel Group, H10 Hotels, Palladium Hotel Group and Vincci Hoteles. The launch reflects a broader shift within the hotel industry toward mobile-first guest engagement and more coordinated digital experiences at the corporate level.
The Corporate App allows hotel groups to offer guests one mobile interface to manage key moments of the guest journey. Through the app, guests can browse properties across a hotel group’s portfolio, complete prearrival steps, manage their stay, access loyalty benefits and receive relevant communications before, during and after their visit.
Mobile devices have become the primary way travelers interact with hotel brands throughout the travel lifecycle. As a result, hotel groups are increasingly reassessing how to deliver consistent experiences across properties while maintaining flexibility at the hotel level. The Corporate App is designed to address this challenge by providing a centralized mobile solution that can be managed at the group level.
From an operational perspective, the Corporate App integrates with existing hotel systems, including booking engines, loyalty platforms, CRM tools and in-stay service solutions. This allows corporate teams to manage content, features and updates without maintaining separate applications or development environments for individual properties.
“Hotel groups have long wanted a single mobile application that works across their entire portfolio, but historically that required significant internal development resources and long implementation timelines,” said Joan Lladó, CEO of STAY. “By offering this capability through a SaaS model, we are reducing the technical and operational barriers that have traditionally limited adoption.”
The app is designed to support both corporate and property-level needs. While the overall structure and branding are managed centrally, individual hotels can tailor services, content and communications to reflect local operations and guest expectations.
According to STAY, the Corporate App is intended to support ongoing guest engagement by maintaining a consistent mobile presence beyond the stay. Post-stay communications, loyalty interactions and future booking opportunities can be managed within the same mobile environment.
The launch of the Corporate App builds on STAY’s broader focus on mobile guest experience solutions for hotel groups operating across multiple brands, regions and property types.
