So far, 2025 has seen a slew of highly anticipated hotel openings.
Hilton reopened the historic Waldorf Astoria New York after nearly eight years of renovations. In burgeoning meetings travel destination Indianapolis, IHG Hotels & Resorts debuted Indiana’s first luxury InterContinental hotel. And Hyatt Hotels opened the first property under its Hyatt Studios brand in Mobile, Alabama.

Appellation Healdsburg
Healdsburg, California — September 2025

A 108-key boutique resort in California’s wine country, Appellation Healdsburg is the brainchild of renowned chef Charlie Palmer and former Four Seasons exec Christopher Hunsberger. Designed to offer a “food-forward and wellness-focused experience,” the property will include a 204-seat signature restaurant, a rooftop bar with vineyard views and a botanical-inspired spa, as well as 15,500 square feet of event space.
Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel
Fort Lauderdale, Florida — September 2025

Connected to Broward County Convention Center, the 29-story, 801-room hotel aims to cater to business and leisure travelers alike. The property will include six on-site dining options, a full-service spa, an elevated pool deck, a fitness center and outdoor spaces designed to host activities. In addition to the newly expanded, adjacent convention center, the hotel offers meeting planners 120,000 square feet of event and conference space, including a 30,000-square-foot ballroom.
Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort
Naples, Florida — October 2025

Set on 1,000 feet of white sand beach, Naples Beach Club will be the only Four Seasons property on the Gulf Coast. On the site of the former Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, the resort will also feature luxury condominiums with views of The Gardens, a new 18-hole golf course designed by renowned golf architect Tom Fazio that will open in 2026.
One&Only Moonlight Basin
Big Sky, Montana — November 2025

The first U.S. location for Dubai-based outdoor-focused resort brand One&Only, One&Only Moonlight Basin will offer access to skiing, hiking, rock climbing, fly fishing and more. The resort’s 73 rooms and 19 cabins will feature warm woods and floor-to-ceiling windows with nature views, and all guests will have direct gondola access to Big Sky’s 5,800-acre ski resort and mountain golfing. The opening is part of One&Only’s broader U.S. expansion.
Limelight Boulder
Boulder, Colorado — fall 2025

A project from the expanding Limelight hotels brand, the 250-room Limelight Boulder will feature a restaurant and outdoor plaza designed as gathering places for the surrounding community. The all-electric property is one of two openings from the brand this year, as owner-operator Aspen Hospitality expands the Colorado-focused brand into additional outdoor-friendly destinations.
The Compton
Bentonville, Arkansas — late fall 2025

The 142-room independent lifestyle hotel bills itself as a gateway to the Ozarks in Bentonville’s historic square. Guests will have easy access to biking trails as well as the nearby Crystal Bridges Museum of Art. The hotel will also be home to a steakhouse, a casual dining spot and a cocktail bar with city views.
Delano Miami Beach
Miami Beach, Florida — late 2025

When the Delano Miami Beach underwent its first renovation in the ’90s, hotelier Ian Schrager and designer Philippe Starck unveiled a lifestyle hotel that “ignited Miami,” according to lifestyle hospitality company Ennismore. This year, Ennismore and Cain International hope to do the same after their own revamp, which will see the hotel introduce curated retail, new event spaces and reimagined dining concepts. New brand signatures will also be added to the property’s 171 rooms and suites.
