This year’s hotel openings include the reopening of iconic properties like Delano Miami Beach and The Huntington Hotel, along with brand-new spots from pop culture stars such as the SongTeller Hotel from Dolly Parton. Brands continue to expand their footprints across the country, stretching from the upper reaches of the Northeast to the coast of California.

Delano Miami Beach
Miami Beach, Florida — early 2026

Delano Miami Beach is set to reopen its doors early this year through a partnership between Ennismore and Cain, offering a reimagined experience with a design that will pay homage to its signature Art Deco roots, including the preservation of its key historical features. Think terrazzo floors, white columns and the hotel's iconic Delano Pool. There will also be a fresh new take on the property’s signature “Apple a Day” amenity — guests used to receive a fresh green apple with a plaque referencing the saying. Now, guests will be greeted with an apple-shaped glass vessel filled with curated treats.
Located in the heart of South Beach, the hotel will boast 171 guest rooms and suites with views of the Miami skyline and the Atlantic Ocean. Other amenities will include a wellness studio with a holistic social spa experience and four restaurant and bar concepts, including a recreation of the Rose Bar.
Voco Times Square
New York City — early 2026

IHG Hotels & Resorts’ pet-friendly Voco Times Square hotel is making its debut in the heart of Manhattan. Located just steps from Broadway, on West 48th Street, the cashless property will feature a rooftop bar and two room types: the standard, which comes with a single/full bunk bed, two double beds, a king bed or a queen, and a one-bedroom suite, which comes with either king and queen beds or one king bed.
White Elephant Aspen
Aspen, Colorado — February 2026

White Elephant Resorts is slated to bring its sophisticated brand of hospitality to Aspen early this year. White Elephant Aspen will feature 54 rooms, including the Ajax Penthouse, which, at more than 1,500 square feet, will feature three bedrooms, plus a giant terrace with alpine vistas. On-brand accents like brass elephant trunks at the lobby desk and elephant knockers on guest room doors will add playfulness. Plus, more than 50 original works are expected to decorate the walls, and an on-site boot lounge will come complete with heated ski lockers and a selection of outdoor and technical gear by Alps & Meters sportswear brand.
The Cooper
Charleston, South Carolina — March 2026

Situated on the scenic Charleston Harbor, The Cooper, which is part of the Beemok Hospitality Collection, is the city's first luxury waterfront hotel on the peninsula. Inspired by coastal Southern homes, the interiors of the 191-room property will feature a serene neutral palette, wide-plank light oak floors and classic shiplap wall paneling. Many rooms will also feature private balconies, and there will be four on-site food and beverage destinations. A 7,000-square-foot spa will offer treatments and active recovery options such as red-light therapy beds, cryotherapy loungers, experiential showers and compression sleeves. Plus, an on-site marina will be home to a fleet of luxury vessels available for guest excursions.
The Huntington Hotel
San Francisco — March 2026

The Huntington Hotel returns to Nob Hill. Revived by a partnership between San Francisco-based Flynn Properties and Highgate and reimagined by creative director and designer Ken Fulk, the hotel will offer 143 guest rooms and suites, a three-level spa and the return of the iconic Big Four restaurant with a 72-seat dining room and a private dining space. Its original Georgian architectural elements will remain. Think stately plasterwork ceilings, boiserie panels and expansive light-filled windows.
PUBLIC West Hollywood
Los Angeles — spring 2026

Legendary hotelier Ian Schrager is bringing his "luxury for all" hotel brand to the West Coast with the debut of PUBLIC West Hollywood. The 137-key property, located on the Sunset Strip, will boast a pool and social hub lobby, in addition to three food, beverage and entertainment outlets. A lushly landscaped 16,000-square-foot open-air rooftop terrace with 360-degree views of Los Angeles will serve as the centerpiece.
The Vanderpump Hotel
Las Vegas — spring 2026

TV personality Lisa Vanderpump won’t just be serving up cocktails in Vegas anymore — she’s opening up an entire hotel. In partnership with Caesars Entertainment, the reality TV star and entrepreneur is set to open The Vanderpump Hotel this spring. Taking over The Cromwell, the 188-room property is getting a full makeover with a glamorous new lounge and reimagined casino floor.
The Greenleigh Hotel
Houston — spring 2026

Located in the prestigious River Oaks district of Houston, The Greenleigh Hotel, part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, is slated to be a 299-room luxury lifestyle property that will include a rooftop bar with city views; dLeña, the hotel’s signature restaurant offering wood-fired Mexican and Oaxacan cuisine; and over 13,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor meetings and events space.
SongTeller Hotel
Nashville, Tennessee — June 2026

Dolly Parton’s first Nashville hotel, the SongTeller Hotel, will embody the essence of the country singer with two entertainment venues — Parton’s Live and Jolene’s — and immersive storytelling elements inspired by her songs and journey. The highlight of the 245-room property will be Dolly’s Life of Many Colors, a 20,000-square-foot museum dedicated to her life and legacy. The hotel’s unique themed suites include the Acoustic Suites, which will feature Parton’s guitars hung on the walls and curated album art, the Six Sisters Suites, which will host up to six guests with three queen beds, and the two-story SongTeller Suite. SongTeller Hotel is a partnership between Parton and family-held themed attractions company Herschend.
Under Canvas White Mountains
Dalton, New Hampshire — June 2026

Outdoor hospitality brand Under Canvas continues to expand its presence in the Northeast with a new location in New Hampshire. Under Canvas White Mountains will be set on 86 scenic acres, offering views of Mount Washington and the Presidential Range. Located on the quieter western side of the White Mountains, the camp will feature safari-inspired canvas tents with West Elm furnishings. Each tent will include a private deck, an ensuite bathroom, a king-size bed, a wood-burning stove and USB battery packs. Hyatt entered an exclusive partnership with Under Canvas in 2024.
Canopy by Hilton at Deer Valley
Heber City, Utah — Q2 2026

Situated steps from the Jordanelle Express Gondola, the Canopy by Hilton at Deer Valley promises easy ski access during the season, along with a host of dining options including a signature restaurant, an après-ski lounge, a coffee shop and a rooftop lounge with mountain views. Amenities will include a pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, fitness center and golf simulator. There will also be a dedicated ski reception lobby and ski locker room and meeting and conference facilities. The 180-key hotel, located in the Deer Valley East Village development near Park City, is the Canopy by Hilton brand’s first ski-destination hotel.
Signia by Hilton Indianapolis
Indianapolis — fall 2026

Set to be the city’s tallest hotel, the Signia by Hilton Indianapolis property will feature over 90,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 50,000-square-foot ballroom, with direct access to the convention center and Lucas Oil Stadium via a skywalk. Inside, guests will find seven culinary concepts including an upscale fine-dining restaurant, along with a rooftop bar and pool, plus a fitness center and Club Signia, the hotel brand’s modern executive lounge concept.
The Knox Hotel
Dallas — late 2026

Anchoring a 4-acre luxury lifestyle development that includes retail shops and restaurants, offices and a new park, The Knox Hotel, Auberge Collection will feature 140 bedrooms and 48 private residences. The interiors, designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, will reflect the vibrancy and charm of the city’s Knox Street neighborhood. Amenities will include a second-floor restaurant, an outdoor pool, a spa and a movement studio.
