Mews and SiteMinder have partnered to create a fully integrated distribution solution for hotels, the companies announced this week at Mews’ Unfold forum in Amsterdam.
The solution, called Mews Channel Manager powered by SiteMinder, will natively embed SiteMinder’s distribution capability within the Mews Operating System, enabling “hotels of any size to access the industry’s largest distribution network without leaving the platform their property runs on,” according to a news release.
Through the partnership, hotel availability, rates, inventory and other content will be handled in one place, “closing a gap that hotels have had to bridge manually between two systems,” per the release.
Currently, some 3,000 hotels run both Mews and SiteMinder side by side, managing operations in one and distribution in the other, the release detailed. But over the coming months, those hotels will convert to the Mews Channel Manager powered by SiteMinder, which can be “accessed directly inside Mews.”
“Our job is to bring what hotels need into one place, with AI working across every layer,” Mews Founder Richard Valtr said in a statement. “For hotels, the result is simple: one operating system, one contract, one place to manage everything from how guests find you to how your property runs. It's pricing, distribution and performance all in one place.”
The solution aims to remove friction from hotels’ day-to-day operations and drive results, including increasing their speed-to-market, per the release. With the solution, hotels can “move faster, with rate, inventory and content changes flowing straight through to every connected channel.”
Recent SiteMinder research found that 65% of hoteliers believe “faster, fully integrated systems could unlock at least 6% more annual revenue,” representing a multibillion-dollar opportunity.
The new solution is among five products that launched at the Unfold 2026 forum that “complete the AI-native Mews Operating System,” per the company. The other products include Mews RMS, which embeds dynamic pricing inside the platform; a guest messaging update; automations that can convert guest insights into actions; and an accounts receivable product, Mews detailed.
