- Lifestyle hospitality company Ennismore has signed agreements for two new hotels, Delano SoHo New York and Delano London, according to a Wednesday news release shared with Hotel Dive.
- In its release, Ennismore also announced the appointment of Ben Pundole as Delano’s chief brand officer. - The new location signings come as Ennismore’s Delano Miami Beach prepares to reopen its doors in early 2026. The South Beach property was renovated as part of Ennismore’s 2024 deal with investment firm Cain, and was previously slated to reopen in late 2025.
Dive Insight:
Delano SoHo in New York, also part of Ennismore’s partnership with Cain, will be on Spring Street in Hudson Square at the property currently known as The Dominick. The hotel will feature 390 guest rooms and suites. No opening date was disclosed.
Meanwhile, Delano London is the result of Ennimore’s partnership with Dubai-based luxury real estate developer Signature Developers. Set to open in late 2026, the hotel will offer 67 guest rooms and suites, as well as a ground-floor restaurant curated by Ennismore’s F&B Platform. The property will also feature a London incarnation of Delano Miami Beach’s Rose Bar.
According to Sharan Pasricha, founder and co-CEO of Ennismore, Pundole was brought on board to guide the brand “into its next era” and strengthen “Delano’s position within the luxury lifestyle space.” In a statement, he added that, with Pundole, “Delano will continue to blend refinement, relevance, and innovation, creating experiences that are not only memorable but truly iconic.”
Delano Miami Beach was first opened by Ian Schrager in 1995 and shuttered in 2020. Ennismore said the renovated Art Deco property will feature 171 rooms and suites, as well as four restaurant and bar concepts, including a reimagined version of the Rose Bar.
“Delano is entering an incredibly exciting phase of global growth as we continue to grow an icon that continues to define the art of luxury lifestyle,” Gaurav Bhushan, co-CEO of Ennismore, said in the release, adding that the upcoming openings would build on the brand’s established presence in Paris and Dubai. “A strong pipeline, including projects in Istanbul, Puglia, Marrakesh, and Costa Rica, along with several others under negotiation in key markets, reflects the continued global appetite for this iconic brand.”
