- Hotel management company Aimbridge Hospitality is adding IHG Hotels & Resort’s Voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort in Port St. Lucie, Florida, to its portfolio, according to a Wednesday press release from the company.
- The 335-key Voco Sandpiper resort is undergoing a $50 million capital improvement plan and will reopen as an IHG Voco hotel. The first phase of the renovation is expected to be completed in early 2026.
- The Voco Sandpiper property is the first U.S. resort in Aimbridge’s all-Inclusive division, which launched in August. The specialized platform combines operations, commercial strategy and guest experience “as the category continues to expand and attract discerning travelers seeking elevated service and curated experiences,” per the release.

The Voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort, is owned by Sandpiper Bay Resort Holdings, led by Feenix Venture Partners and Ghost Tree Partners. The resort will feature a family-friendly, sports-forward environment with a riverfront setting, per the release. Meals, drinks, activities and daily programming will be bundled into one price for guests, and the renovated property will offer updated guest rooms and suites.
In addition, there will be more than six food and beverage concepts, including a sports bar, a pool bar, two container-based culinary concepts, several specialty restaurants and Riverside Market, which will feature à la minute action stations.
Other major upgrades include multiple pools and more than 18,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, outdoor function areas and a ballroom that will accommodate up to 360 guests.
“Adding the voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort highlights the value of Aimbridge’s differentiated platform and guest-centric approach in the all-inclusive segment,” Aimbridge CEO Craig Smith said in the release. “This exceptionally well-located destination along Florida’s Treasure Coast is poised to benefit from a thoughtfully executed capital improvement plan, refreshed branding, and strong consumer demand for experience-driven all-inclusive resorts.”
The renovated resort will also offer sports and recreation such as an arcade, an activities center, a fitness center, water sports activities and a full-service marina. Recreational sports, including pickleball, tennis and soccer, will be provided by RPS Academy, located adjacent to the property.
